iPad Training at Global International Indian School
GIIS TEACHERS iPAD TRAINING
Brief
A core group of 25 teachers from GIIS underwent a four-days iPad Training Series. This will be first of the more than 100 teachers who need to be equipped with iPad skills for 2018, when GIIS moves to their new campus in Punggol.
Deliverables
By the end of the training, the users will be able to:
- Use iPad to add value to a lesson and enhance student learning
- Use G Suite for Education in as collaborative and learning tool among teachers and students
- Design lessons using the SAMR model
Results
At the end of the 4 days, teachers developed engaging and technology-infused lesson plans which include the use of iPads. Not only were the teachers enthusiastic, great collaboration was fostered which will improve student learning outcomes and experience. The training received over 95% of top scoring in user satisfaction.
